Single Family Non-Gated - Naples Real Estate

Single Family communities in Naples that are Non-Gated are typically found West of 41 (early developments and first settlement), and East of 951 (larger subdivided lots in the Estates). There are some others spread out throughout the town, but being a very communal city, and residents wanting the security and privacy of a gated community, developers have been designing and building communities with gated access. Since many communities that are non-gated are typically less strict with rules and regulations, they are becoming popular with homeowners that want the "northern" feel of a neighborhood with easy access in and out.
