Single Family Gated - Naples Real Estate
Naples is a very communal city, where many developments are gated communities. Resident's appreciate the security and privacy a gated community offers. In addition, gated communities tend to provide a more exclusive lifestyle. Limiting outside visitors, resident's of their own gated communities get to enjoy the amenities of their community all to themselves. Most gated communities have a clubhouse which typically hosts community parties and events. Most gated communities have their own pool, and the gated access limits visitors. Most gated communities also have athletic facilities of some sort, like fitness centers and gyms, tennis, basketball, bocci courts, golf, basketball, walking trails, and sometimes even baseball, softball, soccer, and outdoor rollor hockey rinks. In addition to the security and privacy gated communities provide, guard security gate houses or code access gates help reserve the aforementioned amenities for the residents of that community, their friends, and families.
