Moorings Homes
Most homes and condos in the Moorings are waterfront properties that have sweeping views of the Gulf, Moorings Bay, and Naples' gorgeous sunsets. Streets are lined with shady palm, ficus, and banyan trees, which add to the tropical feel and tranquil ambiance of this community.
Moorings homes have been built primarily in the Old Florida style, though there are beautiful examples of Mediterranean architecture to be found here as well. Much of the housing in the Moorings was built between the 1960's and 1980's, but a number of homes in the area have been extensively renovated in order to meet the needs and preferences of today's home buyers. Others have been rebuilt entirely to make way for grand luxury homes on the bay.
In addition to bay front homes, there are also houses for sale that are situated near the recently renovated Moorings Golf Club, and offer fantastic views of the fairways.
