We send to you daily emails with every new property that was just listed that meets your criteria. Our unique system utilizes human resources, not just computer programs, to scour the MLS and only grab properties that fall within the parameters that you set. Every property that meets your criteria will be emailed to you and those that do not fit will NOT be emailed to you. This saves you countless hours and places the power in your hands. This is literally the most powerful tool of any buyer!
Bank Foreclosure List
Daily emails with every new Bank Foreclosure listed in the MLS the previous day - REOs (Real Estate Owned properties) are HOT!!! If you are not tuned into these properties as soon as they come on, you will miss out. Our VIPs are immediately notified of all new REOs.
Green Pin Access
Members get exposure to newest REOs on www.BankOwnedNaples.com - Here you will be able to view REOs displayed on Google Maps. VIPs get the NEWEST listings displayed. These are the green pin properties NOT displayed to outsiders. People pay for information less valuable. Many sites promote properties that are in foreclosure. This does you little good if you are not notified once entered in the MLS. Our system notifies you - and our system is free!!!
Single Agency
The vast majority of agents do NOT work in this capacity. The best analogy is that we work as your coach while agents working as 'Transaction Brokers' are working as a referee. They cannot legally work in the best interests of their buyer - it is actually illegal for them to put either party at an unfair advantage. I want my buyers to have an 'unfair advantage' so I can get them a favorable price. If you were on trial you probably not use the same attorney as the plaintiff - right? The same holds true in real estate.
Our VIPs are never required to pay us for the sale of a property (I am paid by seller in all cases) and never required to buy anything. I simply ask that if I spend energy and resources giving you everything you want, I am paid by seller only if and when you purchase. Fair enough?

Shown Agent's Listings - Now this is one that drives me crazy! There are thousands of listings in the MLS. i will find the ones that match YOUR criteria. I will never try to convince you to buy one of my listings.
Left in the Dark - So many times I hear that after the purchase the agent disappears. That is not the case with me. I make sure you are always sure of what is next and what you need to be doing.
